As a Consultant, Nailah assists law firms with the implementation of their business development strategies. Her primary focus includes the planning, implementation and delivery of business development and marketing programs while ensuring a consistently high standard of service of marketing activities across all practices within law firms.
In addition, she supports BlueWall’s clients on a range of client development initiatives including the creation of client teams, cross-selling, and client intelligence.
Nailah started her career as an inhouse legal counsel in the mining industry before taking up a business development position within two US law firms in Paris.
