Medior / Senior Consultant

As part of the development of BlueWall’s Dutch office, we are looking for a mid-level consultant.

About you:
  • You have a university level degree (law, business economics, specialization in marketing or communication or equivalent);
  • You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a BtoB marketing or business development role (marketing agency, consulting firm or law firm);
  • If you already have a previous experience in legal marketing, it’s a big plus!
  • You are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and you have excellent writing skills in English and Dutch (any other language is a plus);
  • You are curious, pro-active, creative and well-organized;
  • You are at ease with WordPress, various social media and design programs (Adobe, Canva etc.);
  • You are at ease with event planning and logistics;
  • You are available a minimum of 32 hours a week;
  • You are motivated by an entrepreneurial project in full expansion, you have interest in the business word, and you are interested in joining a multicultural team;
  • If you are also peppy and convivial, and you love winning, you’ll fit right in!
About your mission:
  • Definition and deployment of marketing and BD strategies for mid-size and large, independent, and international law firms.
  • Preparation of action plans and commercial proposals.
  • Marketing and business development project management and management of suppliers.
  • Contribution to content improvements when needed, in Dutch and in English.
  • General assistance on our clients’ daily needs on marketing and business development (with a focus on online marketing, website updates, preparation of commercial presentations and pitches, content management, preparation and upload of submissions to different legal directories etc.).
  • Follow-up on all actions, and monthly client meetings and reportings.
